OIL PUMP (w/ DPF) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE DRIVEN ROTOR

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. Remove the 2 bolts, oil pump plate and cushion from the timing gear case.

    2. Remove the oil pump relief valve guide, oil pump relief valve spring, oil pump relief valve and oil pump relief sleeve.

  3. REMOVE STRAIGHT SCREW PLUG


    1. Remove the straight screw plug and gasket.
