DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR (for DPF) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the differential pressure sensor and sensor bracket with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Install the differential pressure sensor with the nut.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      When installing, align the tab of the differential pressure sensor assembly with the hole of the No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.

    3. A003CTME01

      Install the No. 1 exhaust pipe air hose and No. 7 exhaust pipe air hose to the differential pressure sensor with 2 new clips.

      Tech Tips


      • Connect the air hoses so that the paint marks of the air hoses are as shown in the illustration.

      • Make sure the clip labeled A is 14.3 mm (0.563 in.) or less from the end of the exhaust pipe air hose when installing the clip.

      • Make sure the clip labeled B does not protrude beyond the end of the hose as shown in the illustration.

    4. Connect the differential pressure sensor connector.
