EGR COOLER (w/o DPF) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    A003BFP

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE


    1. A003DLU

      Remove the screw and No. 2 vacuum switching valve.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A003EPNE03

      Using a 6 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 6 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the No. 2 EGR valve and gasket from the EGR cooler.
