ENGINE OIL COOLER INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT OIL SAFETY VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A003GX2E01

      Coat the valve with engine oil and check that it falls smoothly into the oil filter bracket by its own weight.


      • If it does not fall smoothly in to bracket, replace the valve. If necessary, replace the oil filter bracket.

  2. INSPECT OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. A003EYKE01

      Check the oil cooler for damage or clogging.


      • If necessary, replace the oil cooler.
