FUEL LID OPENER MOTOR ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FUEL LID WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A004N90E02
      *1 Component without harness connected: (Fuel Lid With Motor Lock Assembly)
      *2 Open
      *3 Shaft Stroke

      Check the shaft stroke.


      1. Apply battery voltage to the fuel lid with motor lock assembly and check that the shaft moves in the open direction.

        OK
        Measurement Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) → Terminal 2

        Battery negative (-) → Terminal 1

        		 Shaft moves in open direction

        If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.

      2. Check the shaft stroke.

        Standard
        19 mm (0.748 in.)

        If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid with motor lock assembly.
