PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SIDE RAIL SPACER LH

    A004TW4

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 2 side rail spacer.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SIDE RAIL SPACER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Attach the 5 claws to install the front shoulder belt anchor plate.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE OUTSIDE LH

    1. Attach the 2 clips to install the rear door scuff plate outside.

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE OUTSIDE LH

    1. Attach the 3 clips to install the front door scuff plate outside.

  9. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

    1. Place the roof headlining into the vehicle through the passenger door.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the roof headlining when placing it in the cabin.

    2. Attach the clip to install the roof headlining.

      Connect the 4 clamps to the front pillar LH.

    6. w/ Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna:

      Attach the wire harness clamp and connect the connector to the rear pillar LH.

    7. A004TN6

      Install the antenna with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

    8. Connect the clamp to the rear pillar RH.

    9. Connect the 3 connectors.

    10. A004QQ4

      Connect the 3 clamps to the front pillar RH.

    11. Connect the connector.

    12. w/ Pre-crash Safety System:

    2. Push in the visor holder as shown in the illustration.

      Install the clip removed from the vehicle to the visor assembly LH.

    2. A004NAV

      Attach the 2 clips to install the visor assembly LH.

    3. A004RVE

      Attach the 4 claws to lock the 2 clips with the visor cover.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
