HEATER ASSEMBLY REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER BRACKET


    1. A004NAJ

      Install the No. 2 heater bracket with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004P8S

      Install the No. 1 heater bracket sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the claw and clamp.

  3. INSTALL HEAT EXCHANGER UNIT GASKET


    1. A004PAK

      Install 2 new heat exchanger unit gaskets.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004SFL

      Install the No. 2 exhaust pipe sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
