HEATER FUEL PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the windshield wiper motor and link assembly Click here.

3. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for DPF)

4. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. REMOVE HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips and slide the 2 clips to disconnect the fuel hose.

   3. Remove the nut and heater pump assembly.

      

6. REMOVE PIPING INSULATOR

   
   

   1. Remove the 2 piping insulators.
