CONDENSER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

   
   

   1. 

      Using pliers, install a new cooler dryer to the modulator.

   2. Install a new O-ring to a new cap.

   3. 

      Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring and cap fitting surface.

      for HFC-134a(R134a): Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

      for HFO-1234yf(R1234yf): Compressor oil
      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

   4. 

      Text in Illustration

      *1	14 mm Hexagon Wrench
      *2	Modulator

      Using a 14 mm hexagon wrench, install the cap to the modulator.

      Torque:

      2.9 N*m  { 30 kgf*cm, 26 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER CONDENSER CUSHION

   
   

   1. 

      Install the 4 cushions.
