REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

    1. Detach the claws and clamps.

    2. Remove the cushion cover from the cushion frame as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

    1. Detach the clamps and remove the seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.

  3. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT GUIDE CUP


    1. A004P2M

      Detach the 8 clamps and remove the 4 guide cups from the seat cushion frame.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the armrest cap.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  5. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and washer.

    2. Separate the pin and center seat armrest assembly from the seatback to remove the armrest.

      Remove the bush.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Detach the 3 claws and remove the armrest box.

  7. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER RH (w/o Center Armrest Box)

    1. Remove the hinge cover.

  8. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST BOX (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Remove the armrest box.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT ARMREST HANDLE (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the armrest handle.

  10. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Center Armrest Box)

    1. Remove the armrest door.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the control lever.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

    1. Remove the 2 screws and shoulder belt guide.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    1. for LH Side:

      Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.

    2. A004OXC

      for RH Side:

      Detach the 8 claws and remove the 4 headrest supports.

  19. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Remove the 2 seatback covers with pads from the seatback 2 frames.

  20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

    1. Detach the 9 clamps and remove the seatback cover.

  21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

    1. Detach the 9 clamps and remove the seatback cover from the seatback pad.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. For Bolt A:

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. For Bolt B:

      Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the clamp and remove the seatback lock.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. For Bolt A:

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. For Bolt B:

      Using a 5 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the clamp and remove the seatback lock.

    1. Detach the 3 clamps and 3 claws, and remove the seatback cover.
