PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SEAT POSITION AIRBAG SENSOR (for Driver Side)

  2. INSTALL REAR UPPER NO. 2 SEAT TRACK COVER

      Attach the 3 claws to install the rear upper No. 2 seat track cover.

  3. INSTALL REAR UPPER SEAT TRACK COVER

      Attach the 3 claws to install the rear upper seat track cover.

  4. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Rear Lifter)

  6. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY

      Attach the 8 hooks to install the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly LH.

      for Front Passenger Side:

      Attach the 2 clamps to install the connector holder.

  7. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A004OEB

      Using a T50 "TORX" socket wrench, install the front seat adjuster assembly LH with the 4 "TORX" bolts.

      Torque:
      35 N*m  { 357 kgf*cm, 26 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BELT INNER ANCHOR BRACKET COVER LH (for Front Passenger Side)

      Attach the guide to install the front seat belt inner anchor bracket cover LH with the screw.

  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH (for Driver Side)

      Attach the guide to install the front seat lower cushion shield LH with the screw.

  10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Front Passenger Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT WIRE LH


    1. Attach the claw.

    2. Attach the 3 wire harness clamps.

    3. Connect the 3 connectors.

      Attach the 2 wire harness clamps and connect the connector to install the front seat wire LH.

  12. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)


    1. A004SOO

      Install the position control ECU assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

  13. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH

      Attach the claw to install the seat climate control controller LH.

    1. Temporarily install the separate type front seatback cover.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type front seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type front seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 2 new hog rings.

    5. Attach the 2 hooks.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 5 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type front seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.

      • When installing the separate type front seatback cover, make sure to pass the straps of the separate type front seatback cover through the hog rings.

    7. A004NKU

      Attach the 2 claws to install the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    8. A004T2G

      Pass the 2 straps through the 2 holes of the separate type front seatback pad to the backside.

    9. A004RLR

      Attach the 2 hooks.

    10. A004Q05

      Attach the 2 hooks to connect the 2 straps.

    11. A004R1S

      Attach the 2 hooks at the bottom of the separate type front seatback cover.

      Attach the 2 hooks.

  20. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

    Tech Tips

    Perform this procedure when it is necessary to remove and reinstall or replace the separate type front seatback assembly LH.


    1. A004TXK

      Using a T50 "TORX" socket wrench, install the separate type front seatback assembly to the front seat adjuster assembly LH with the 4 "TORX" bolts.

      Torque:
      35 N*m  { 357 kgf*cm, 26 ft.*lbf }
    2. A004SPL

      Connect the connector and attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

    3. A004NTG

      for Driver side:

      Connect the connector.

    4. A004T2G

      Pass the 2 straps through the 2 holes of the separate type front seatback pad to the backside.

    5. A004RLR

      Attach the 2 hooks.

    6. A004Q05

      Attach the 2 hooks to connect the 2 straps.

    7. A004R1S

      Attach the 2 hooks at the bottom of the separate type front seatback cover.

    8. A004TVT

      Attach the 2 hooks.

    9. A004MO5

      Attach the claw and connect the connector.

    10. Attach the 2 wire harness clamps.

      Attach the 13 hooks to install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad.

      • Be careful not to damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.

      • When attaching the hooks, avoid wrinkling the separate type front seat cushion cover.

  23. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD


    1. Attach the 6 hooks to install the seat cushion cover with pad.

      Attach the wire harness clamp.

      Attach the claw to connect the connector.

  24. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH

      Attach the hook to install the front seat inner cushion shield LH with the screw.

  25. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)

  27. INSTALL SEAT SLIDE POSITION SENSOR PROTECTOR (for Driver Side)

      Attach the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the seat slide position sensor protector with the screw.

      Attach the 2 claws to install the front seat No. 1 inner cushion shield LH to the front seat cushion shield LH.

  31. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH WITH FRONT SEAT NO. 1 INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH

      for Driver Side:

      Connect the connector.

    2. A004UA1

      Attach the hook to install the front seat cushion shield LH with front seat inner No. 1 cushion shield LH.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

    4. A004S60

      Attach the 2 claws and install the 2 screws.

    5. A004QM3

      Attach the 2 rubber bands.

  32. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

      Attach the 4 claws to install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.
