PRE-CRASH SAFETY SYSTEM FREEZE FRAME DATA


  1. FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Whenever PCS DTC is detected, the pre-crash safety city sensor stores the current vehicle (ECU or sensor) state as Freeze Frame Data.

      Tech Tips

      The vehicle condition when the DTC was detected is stored as the freeze frame data.

  2. CHECK FREEZE FRAME DATA


    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Chassis / PCS/LDA/RSA/LVN /Trouble Codes.

    5. According to the GTS display, select a DTC that stored freeze frame data.

    6. Read the freeze frame data recorded when the DTC was stored.

      LED: Vehicle equipped with LED headlights

      Skid Control Buzzer Demand Displays meter buzzer condition / ON or OFF

      ON: Meter buzzer operating

      RSA Fusion Control - - This item is displayed on the GTS but is not used
      Traffic Sign Speed Unit - - This item is displayed on the GTS but is not used
      Estimated Traffic Division - - This item is displayed on the GTS but is not used
      LVN Equipped Information - - This item is displayed on the GTS but is not used
      History of Blockage Displays whether there is camera and laser radar obstruction history / ON or OFF

      ON: Pre-crash safety city sensor (camera and laser radar) obstruction history exists

      OFF: Pre-crash safety city sensor (camera and laser radar) obstruction history does not exist
