FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 5 hooks to set the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly in place.

    2. A004SH8

      Slowly pull the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to attach the 5 hooks to install it.

    3. Install the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

      *a Connector Lock

      Attach the wire harness clamp to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

    2. Connect the airbag connector and lock the connector lock.

      Note

      When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.
