FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the front bumper side retainer LH.

    2. Install the screw and bolt.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT


    1. Install the front bumper reinforcement with the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      50 N*m  { 510 kgf*cm, 37 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 5 clamps.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. Install the front bumper energy absorber.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER


    1. w/ Fog Light:

      Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

    2. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

      Connect the headlight washer hose.

    3. Attach the 8 claws to install the front bumper cover.

    4. Install the 2 clips and screw.

    5. Install the 4 grommets and 9 screws.

      Install the pin hold clip and clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the pin hold clip and clip on the other side.

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  7. ADD WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Add windshield washer fluid to the washer jar.

  8. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light)
