  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the spiral cable Click here.

  2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A004TO8

      Disconnect each connector.

    2. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the windshield wiper switch assembly.

      Note

      If the claw is pressed forcefully, it will break.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A004RG9

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. While loosening the band clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A004SCA

      Pull the headlight dimmer switch assembly toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the claw to remove it.

      Note

      If the claw is pressed forcefully, it will break.
