HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

    Click here

  3. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

      *1 Headlight Cleaner Motor and Pump Assembly
      *2 Headlight Cleaner Hose

      Release the lock as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose from the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (for LH Side)

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A004SJM

      Release the lock as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    3. A004QRQ

      Remove the 2 screws.

    4. A004TDH

      Detach the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
