WASHER MOTOR(for Front Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Rear Wiper:


      1. Attach the guide to temporarily set the windshield washer jar assembly on the vehicle.

      2. Temporarily install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 4 bolts.

      3. Tighten the 4 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      4. Attach the 4 clamps.

    2. w/ Rear Wiper:


      1. Attach the guide to temporarily set the windshield washer jar assembly on the vehicle.

      2. Temporarily install the windshield washer jar assembly with the 4 bolts.

      3. Tighten the 4 bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

      4. Attach the 5 clamps.

  2. INSTALL WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004O55

      Install the washer inlet sub-assembly to the windshield washer jar assembly.

    2. Install the washer inlet sub-assembly to vehicle with the clip.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  5. INSTALL REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

  6. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Install the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

      Connect the connector and washer hose.

  7. FILL WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID

      Connect the washer hose as shown in the illustration, and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
