VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VACUUM SENSOR GROMMET

   
   

   1. Install a new vacuum sensor grommet to the brake booster assembly.

2. INSTALL VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY

   *A	for LHD
   *B	for RHD
   *a	Approximately 35°
   *b	Approximately 45°
   *c	Brake Booster Assembly Positioning Groove
   *d	Vacuum Sensor Assembly Stopper

   
   

   1. Install the vacuum sensor assembly to the brake booster assembly so that the vacuum sensor assembly is angled as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Install the vacuum sensor assembly stopper so that it fits in the brake booster assembly positioning groove as shown in the illustration.

   2. Connect the connector to the vacuum sensor assembly.
