TRANSMISSION WIRE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER


    1. A004MM2

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. A004TE9

      Remove the 8 bolts.

    3. Detach the 2 hooks of the front lower bumper absorber from the installation holes on the body and remove the front lower bumper absorber.

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    1. A004PZL

      Remove the 11 clips and engine under cover.

  3. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH


    1. Remove the 5 clips and rear engine under cover LH.

  4. DRAIN AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE FLUID

  5. REMOVE FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT LH

  6. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE VALVE BODY OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE TRANSMISSION WIRE

    1. Disconnect the 9 connectors and detach the transmission wire from the wire harness clamp.

    2. Remove the bolt, lock plate and transmission wire from the valve body.
