MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR BRACKET

    A004UE2E02

    1. Install the bracket with the 3 bolts in the alphabetical order.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Install the nut.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY

    A004PHOE02

    1. Install the sensor with the 3 nuts in the alphabetical order.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the sensor connector.

  3. ADJUST MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY
