  • The procedure listed below is for the LHD.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH

    *1 w/o Roof Sunshade System:
    *2 w/ Roof Sunshade System:

    1. Detach the clip and 2 claws and remove the front roof top garnish.

      Note

      When removing the rain sensor cover, do not apply force to the lane recognition camera sensor assembly areas labeled "X".

  3. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER

  4. REMOVE REAR INNER VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 RAIN SENSOR COVER

    Click here

  6. REMOVE LANE RECOGNITION CAMERA SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the clamp and camera connector.

      *1 w/o Roof Sunshade System:
      *2 w/ Roof Sunshade System:

      Note

      When removing the rain sensor cover, do not apply force to the lane recognition camera sensor assembly areas labeled "X".

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the clip and remove the camera.

      *1 w/o Roof Sunshade System:
      *2 w/ Roof Sunshade System:

      Note

      When removing the rain sensor cover, do not apply force to the lane recognition camera sensor assembly areas labeled "X".

    4. Remove the roof side inner garnish clip from the object recognition camera.

      Note

      When removing the roof side inner garnish clip, replace it with a new one.
