ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

  2. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

    Click here

  3. REMOVE OIL FILTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE OIL FILTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A004PVV

      Remove the 6 bolts and oil filter assembly.

    2. A004NY9

      Remove the gasket from the oil filter assembly.

  5. REMOVE OIL COOLER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004RU7

      Using a T8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and oil cooler cover sub-assembly from the oil filter assembly.

  6. REMOVE OIL CHECK VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 gaskets and 2 oil check valve sub-assemblies from the oil filter assembly.
