THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  3. REMOVE COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY WITH PULLEY (w/ Air Conditioning System)

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

    Click here

  5. REMOVE WATER INLET


    1. A004PJH

      Remove the 4 bolts and water inlet together with the thermostat.

    2. Remove the gasket from the water inlet.

  6. REMOVE THERMOSTAT


    1. A004T8B

      Remove the thermostat.
