BRAKE PEDAL REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD


    1. Install the brake pedal pad.

  2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING


    1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new brake pedal bushings and install them to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the brake pedal sub-assembly to the brake pedal support sub-assembly with the bolt and nut as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 375 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
