HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(for HID Headlight) REASSEMBLY

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

Make sure that the headlight control ECU sub-assembly LH is not connected or hot before reassembling the headlight control ECU sub-assembly LH.

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light socket.

  2. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT SOCKET


    1. A0056QV

      Turn the front turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the front turn signal light socket.

  3. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. A0053MQ

      Lock the set spring as shown in the illustration to install the discharge headlight bulb.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BACK COVER


    1. A0052LN

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect the No. 1 headlight back cover socket.

      Note

      After installing the No. 1 headlight back cover socket, confirm that the cord is not twisted, and then store the cord inside the headlight in such a way so that it is not pinched.

    2. A0056C0

      Turn the No. 1 headlight back cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install the No. 1 headlight back cover to the headlight unit LH.
