HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 10 claws to install the headlight cleaner hose assembly.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Attach the 2 claws and guide to install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

    2. Install the screw.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }
    3. A005642

      Connect the headlight cleaner hose and lock the headlight cleaner hose as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Check that the headlight cleaner hose is securely connected by pulling it.

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
