Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • Open in turn signal light circuit.

  • Harness or connector

  • Headlight unit assembly

  • Outer rear view mirror assembly

  • Rear combination light assembly

  • Combination meter assembly

Both conditions are met:


  • IG voltage is 10.5 V or higher.

  • Short in turn signal light circuit or hazard warning light circuit.

  • Harness or connector

  • Headlight unit assembly

  • Outer rear view mirror assembly

  • Rear combination light assembly

  • Combination meter assembly

  1. CHECK FOR DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output Click here.

      B1507 and B1508 are not output.

    USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK Click here

  2. CHECK TURN SIGNAL LIGHT


    1. Check the illumination of each turn signal light.

      Result

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (LH SIDE CIRCUIT)


    1. Disconnect the D140 combination meter assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the A61 headlight unit assembly LH connector.

    3. Disconnect the E12 outer rear view mirror assembly LH connector.

    4. Disconnect the G6 rear combination light assembly LH connector.

    5. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      D140-13 (LL) - A61-6 (B) Always Below 1 Ω
      D140-13 (LL) - E12-1 (B) Always Below 1 Ω
      D140-13 (LL) - G6-3 (B) Always Below 1 Ω
      A61-1 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      E12-2 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      G6-4 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      D140-13 (LL) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  4. CHECK HEADLIGHT UNIT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Replace the headlight unit assembly LH.

    3. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output Click here.

  7. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RH SIDE CIRCUIT)


    1. Disconnect the D140 combination meter assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the A60 headlight unit assembly RH connector.

    3. Disconnect the E2 outer rear view mirror assembly RH connector.

    4. Disconnect the G5 rear combination light assembly RH connector.

    5. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      D140-7 (LR) - A60-6 (B) Always Below 1 Ω
      D140-7 (LR) - E2-1 (B) Always Below 1 Ω
      D140-7 (LR) - G5-3 (B) Always Below 1 Ω
      A60-1 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      E2-2 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      G5-4 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      D140-7 (LR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
