  3. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE


    1. Measure the battery voltage with the ignition switch off.

      Standard voltage
      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the battery before proceeding to the next step.

  4. CHECK DTC OF NAVIGATION SYSTEM OR AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM


    1. w/ Navigation System:

      Refer to DTC Check/Clear procedures of the navigation system.

      Refer to DTC Check/Clear procedures of the audio and visual system.

    1. Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.

    2. Clear the DTC.

    3. Recheck for DTCs. Try to prompt the DTC by simulating activity that the DTC suggests.
