DESCRIPTION
The circuit is used to send electric parking brake system information from the electric parking brake ECU to the ECM, and engine control information from the ECM to the electric parking brake ECU.

Note
Before performing work, turn the ignition switch off and wait approximately 20 seconds to make sure that the parking brake cannot operate.
When replacing the parking brake with bracket actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration Click here.
As the door control battery is installed between the vehicle battery and main body ECU (instrument panel junction block assembly), first perform the inspections in On-Vehicle Inspection to confirm that there are no malfunctions in the power source circuit for the main body ECU (instrument panel junction block assembly) before performing this troubleshooting procedure.*
