DESCRIPTION

The DTC is stored when the calibration of the brake pedal stroke sensor (clutch pedal stroke sensor) has not been completed.

C1346/75 The brake pedal stroke sensor (clutch pedal stroke sensor) is not calibrated.

  • Zero point calibration incomplete (Perform zero point calibration and check for DTCs. If this DTC is not output again, the sensor is normal)

  • Electric parking brake ECU (Parking brake with bracket actuator assembly)

Note


  • Before performing work, turn the ignition switch off and wait approximately 20 seconds to make sure that the parking brake cannot operate.

  • When replacing the parking brake with bracket actuator assembly and/or brake pedal stroke sensor (clutch pedal stroke sensor), perform zero point calibration Click here.

When the other DTCs are output together with DTC C1346/75, inspect and repair the trouble areas indicated by the other DTC(s) first Click here.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR (CLUTCH PEDAL STROKE SENSOR) INSTALLATION


    1. Turn the ignition switch off.

    2. Check that the brake pedal stroke sensor (clutch pedal stroke sensor) is installed properly Click here.

      OK
      The sensor is tightened to the specified torque.
      The sensor is not tilted.

    NG

    INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL STROKE SENSOR (CLUTCH PEDAL STROKE SENSOR) CORRECTLY Click here

    OK

  2. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION


    1. Perform zero point calibration Click here.

  3. RECONFIRM DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Check for DTCs Click here.
