REVOLUTION SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NOUT)

    A0058NS

    1. Coat a new O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor.

    2. Install the transmission revolution sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

  2. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NIN)

    A0053EL

    1. Coat a new O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor.

    2. Install the transmission revolution sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

  3. INSTALL TRANSMISSION REVOLUTION SENSOR (NT)

    A00543X

    1. Coat a new O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE and install it to the transmission revolution sensor.

    2. Install the transmission revolution sensor with the bolt.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the transmission revolution sensor connector.

  4. INSTALL REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  6. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER

    Click here

  7. INSTALL BATTERY CARRIER

    Click here

  8. INSTALL BATTERY

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  10. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER
