OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

    Click here

  3. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  5. DISCONNECT NO. 6 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      *1 No. 6 Water By-pass Hose

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 water by-pass hose from the transmission oil cooler.

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the transmission oil cooler.

  7. DISCONNECT TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE

      *1 Transmission Oil Cooler Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the 2 transmission oil cooler hoses from the transmission oil cooler.

  8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

      Remove the 2 bolts and transmission oil cooler from the transmission oil cooler bracket.

  9. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER BRACKET

      Remove the 3 bolts and transmission oil cooler bracket from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.
