PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK SIDE PAD LH

    1. Install the side pad.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK SIDE PAD RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Attach the 3 clamps and 3 claws to install the cover.

  4. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

    1. Install the belt guide with the 2 screws.

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      22 N*m  { 224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      22 N*m  { 224 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

    1. Pass the rear center seat outer belt floor anchor through the seatback frame.

    2. Align the 2 claws with the seat belt positioning holes and install the retractor of the seat belt as shown in the illustration.

    3. Install the seat belt with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

    1. Attach the 9 clamps to install the seatback cover to the seatback pad.

  11. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

    1. Attach the 9 clamps to install the seatback cover to the seatback pad.

  12. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD


    1. Install the 2 seatback covers with pads to the 2 seatback frames.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    1. for LH Side:

      Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.

      for RH Side:

      Attach the 8 claws to install the 4 headrest supports.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH

    1. Install the lock cover with the 2 screws.

  34. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
