OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A0053ZM

      Remove the 6 bolts and oil pump cover.

    2. Remove the oil pump drive and driven rotors from the oil pump.

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

      *1 Relief Valve
      *2 Relief Valve Spring
      *3 Relief Valve Plug

      Using a 22 mm socket wrench, remove the plug.

    2. Remove the valve spring and relief valve.
