FUEL TANK REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 EVAPORATION VENT TUBE CLAMP


    1. A0054JF

      Install the No. 1 evaporation vent tube clamp and connect the hose.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 CHARCOAL CANISTER OUTLET HOSE

      Install the No. 1 charcoal canister outlet hose and connect the 3 clamps.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL EVAPORATION TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the No. 1 fuel evaporation tube and connect the 2 clamps.

  4. INSTALL FUEL TANK MAIN TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the fuel tank main tube and connect the 2 clamps.

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL TANK CUSHION


    1. A0053NZ

      Install the cushion.

  6. INSTALL NO. 4 FUEL TANK CUSHION


    1. A0058QI

      Install the cushion.

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 FUEL TANK CUSHION


    1. A0053PN

      Install the 3 cushions.

  8. INSPECT FUEL PUMP GAUGE RETAINER
