INTEGRATION RELAY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INTEGRATION NO.1 RELAY


    1. Connect the 3 connectors.

    2. A0054TH

      Attach the 2 claws to install the integration relay to the relay block.

  2. INSTALL RELAY BLOCK


    1. A0059H9

      Attach the 4 claws to install the wire harness cover.

    2. A0053HK

      Attach the 10 claws to assemble the upper side and lower side of the relay block cover.

      Note

      Securely assemble the relay block cover in order to prevent the wire harness from getting caught.

      *1 Guide
      *2 Clamp

      Attach the guide and claw of the relay block.

    4. Install the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

    5. Connect the 2 wire harness clamps.

      Connect the front speed sensor connector.

    7. A0054LJ

      for LHD:

      Connect the wireless door lock buzzer connector.

  3. CONNECT WIRE HARNESS


    1. A00594U

      Attach the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness, and then install the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 3 wire harness connectors to the engine room No. 1 relay block.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RELAY BLOCK COVER

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
