OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL

    A0053QHE05

    1. Using SST, tap in a new oil seal to the oil pump body.

      SST
      09350-32014   ( 09351-32140 )

      Tech Tips

      Make sure the seal end is flush with the outer edge of the oil pump.

    2. Coat the lip of the oil seal with MP grease.

  2. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING

    1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF WS and install it to the oil pump body.

  3. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR

    1. Coat the front oil pump driven gear with ATF WS and install it to the oil pump body with the marked side facing up.

  4. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR

    1. Coat the front oil pump drive gear with ATF WS align the marks on the gears and install the drive gear to the oil pump body with the marked side facing up.

  5. INSTALL STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY

    1. Align the bolt holes of the stator shaft with the bolt holes of the oil pump body and install the stator shaft to the oil pump body.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket, install the 11 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING

    A0059ES

    Note

    Do not stretch the ring excessively.


    1. Coat 2 new clutch drum oil seal rings with ATF WS and install them to the oil pump.
