  2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE


    1. Measure the battery voltage with the ignition switch off.

      Standard Voltage
      11 to 14 V
    2. If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the battery before proceeding to the next step.

  3. CHECK METER/GAUGE SYSTEM*


    1. Use the GTS to check if the meter/gauge system is functioning normally.

  5. CHECK COMMUNICATION FUNCTION OF CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM*


    1. Using the GTS, perform CAN bus diagnostics and check that there are no malfunctions in ECUs connected to the CAN communication system.

      1. Try to reproduce the problem symptoms based on the recorded DTCs, and then check if the DTCs are output again.
