SPEED LIMITER SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECM


  1. CHECK ECM

    1. Disconnect the A40 and B39 ECM connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      A40-20 (BATT) - Body ground P - Body ground Power source circuit Always 11 to 14 V
      A40-27 (IGSW) - Body ground B - Body ground IG power source circuit Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V

      A40-14 (ASLM) - Body ground LG - Body ground Warning canceling switch signal Warning canceling switch on Below 1 Ω
      Warning canceling switch off 10 kΩ or higher
      B39-105 (E1) - Body ground BR - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
      B40-32 (EC) - Body ground W-B - Body ground

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
