ГЕНЕРАТОР УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily install the generator with the 2 bolts.

    2. Connect the vacuum pump oil outlet hose.

    3. Install 2 new gaskets and the vacuum pump oil inlet hose with the union bolt.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 140 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the vacuum pump hose.

    5. Attach the vacuum pump oil inlet hose to the cord clip.

    6. Install the generator wire with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    7. Install the terminal cap.

    8. Connect the generator connector.

  2. CONNECT COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01DQ7FE01

      Временно установите компрессор системы кондиционирования и закрепите его 2 болтами.

    2. Временно закрепите кронштейн опорного ролика 4 болтами.

    3. Затяните 6 болта в порядке, указанном на рисунке.

      Torque:
      Для болта A
      45 Н*м  { 459 кгс*см, 33 фунт-сила-фута }
      За исключением болта A
      25 Н*м  { 250 кгс*см, 18 фунт-сила-футов }

    4. Подсоедините жгут проводов и закрепите соединение болтом.

      Torque:
      13 Н*м  { 131 кгс*см, 9 фунт-сила-футов }

    5. Подсоедините разъем компрессора системы кондиционирования.

    1. Install the fan and generator V belt Click here.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
