ЗАДНИЙ САЛЬНИК КОЛЕНЧАТОГО ВАЛА УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL REAR CRANKSHAFT OIL SEAL


    1. A01DP18E02

      Apply MP grease to the lip of a new oil seal.

      Note

      Keep the lip free from foreign matter.

    2. Using SST, tap in the oil seal until its surface is flush with the engine rear oil seal retainer edge.

      Note

      Wipe off any extra grease on the crankshaft.

  2. INSTALL FLYWHEEL HOUSING DUST SEAL

  3. INSTALL REAR END PLATE


    1. Установите заднюю крышку и закрепите ее 2 болтами.

      Torque:
      27 Н*м  { 275 кгс*см, 20 фунт-сила-футов }

  4. INSTALL FLYWHEEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Зафиксируйте коленчатый вал с помощью SST.

    2. Очистите болты и болтовые отверстия.

    3. Нанесите герметик на 2-3 витка резьбы всех болтов.

      Фиксатор
      Фирменный герметик 1324 от компании Toyota, Three Bond 1324 или аналогичный

    4. Установите маховик на коленчатый вал.

    5. Временно закрепите маховик 8 болтами.

    6. A01DRSCE01

      В несколько этапов равномерно затяните 8 болтов в последовательности, показанной на рисунке.

      Torque:
      123 Н*м  { 1249 кгс*см, 90 фунт-сила-фута }

      Note

      Не запускайте двигатель в течение 1 часа после установки.

  5. INSTALL CLUTCH DISC ASSEMBLY


    1. A01DQOWE01

      Insert SST into the clutch disc. Then insert SST (together with the clutch disc) into the flywheel to install the clutch disc.

      Note

      Be sure to install the clutch disc so that it is facing in the correct direction.

  6. INSTALL CLUTCH COVER ASSEMBLY

    1. Align the matchmarks on the clutch cover and flywheel.

    2. Tighten the 6 bolts uniformly in the order shown in the illustration, starting with the bolt located near the knock pin on the top.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Move SST up and down, and right and left lightly after checking that the clutch disc assembly is in the center, and then tighten the bolts.
