HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the clamp.

    3. Install the headlight assembly with the 3 screws and bolt.

      Torque:
      Screw
      3.6 N*m  { 37 kgf*cm, 32 in.*lbf }
      Bolt
      4.1 N*m  { 42 kgf*cm, 36 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO AUXILIARY BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL (for HID Headlight)

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  4. INSTALL LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER (for HID Headlight)


    1. Engage the claw to connect the luggage trim service hole cover.

  5. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
