WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY AND MAIN BODY ECU (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

    1. Disconnect the MB and I12 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors disconnected.

      MB-31 (ALTB) - Body ground - Auxiliary battery power supply Always 11 to 14 V
      MB-32 (IG) - Body ground - IG power supply Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      MB-32 (IG) - Body ground - IG power supply Power switch off Below 1 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the MB and I12 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  2. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the I86 and I87 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Tech Tips

      Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connectors disconnected.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
