  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) - AUXILIARY BATTERY AND GROUND)

      Disconnect the I135 DCM (Telematics Transceiver) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I135-4 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I135-1 (+B) - I135-4 (E) Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      I135-7 (IG2) - I135-4 (E) Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
      I135-8 (ACC) - I135-4 (E) Power switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
