DESCRIPTION

The navigation receiver assembly receives a reverse signal from the No. 1 integration relay.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK BACK-UP LIGHT


    1. Check that the back-up light comes on.

      OK
      The back-up light comes on.

    GO TO LIGHTING SYSTEM Click here

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REVERSE SIGNAL)


    1. Disconnect the I74 navigation receiver assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      I74-2 (REV) - Body ground

      Power switch on (IG)

      Shift lever in R

      		 11 to 14 V
      I74-2 (REV) - Body ground

      Power switch on (IG)

      Shift lever in any position other than R

      		 Below 1 V

    NG

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

    OK
