TIRE PRESSURE WARNING RECEIVER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU AND RECEIVER (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System)


    1. Connect the connector to the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

    2. Engage the 2 tabs into the holes to temporarily install the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

    3. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side Click here.

  3. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System)

      *1 Alignment Mark (Blue)

      Align the alignment mark (Blue) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip RH.

      Note

      After installation, check that the corners fit correctly.

  4. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System)


    1. Engage the hook to install the rear side seatback assembly RH.

    2. Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Connect the rear seat outer belt to the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  5. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU AND RECEIVER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)


    1. Connect the connector to the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

    2. Engage the 2 tabs into the holes to temporarily install the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

    3. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)


    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Engage the 5 clips to install the roof side inner garnish LH.

  7. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)

      *1 Alignment Mark (Pink)

      Align the alignment mark (Pink) on the weatherstrip with the protruding portion on the body indicated by the arrow in the illustration, and install the rear door opening trim weatherstrip LH.

      Note

  8. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System)


    1. Engage the hook to install the rear side seatback assembly LH.

    2. Install the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

    4. Connect the rear seat outer belt to the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK


    1. A01HUP6

      Engage the claw to install a new rear seat cushion lock hook.

      Note

      Rear seat cushion lock hooks must not be reused.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and the LH side.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear seat cushion assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

      Engage the 2 hooks of the seat cushion to the vehicle body as shown in the illustration.

    3. Confirm that the seat cushion is firmly installed.

      Note

      When installing the seat cushion, make sure that the seat belt buckles are not under the seat cushion.

  11. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  12. INSTALL LUGGAGE TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. Engage the claw to connect the luggage trim service hole cover.

  13. REGISTER TRANSMITTER ID

  14. INSPECT TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM

  15. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
