EGR COOLER REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01HVUQ

      Disconnect the water by-pass hose.

    2. A01HUHN

      Remove the bolt and nut.

    3. Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the stud bolt.

    4. A01HW30

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    5. A01HURC

      Remove the bolt, nut, EGR cooler and 2 gaskets.
