FUEL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FUEL PUMP


    1. A01HU3GE01

      *1 O-ring
      *2 Spacer

      Apply gasoline to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and spacer to the fuel pump.

    2. A01HT9ZE01

      *1 Fuel Filter
      *2 Suction Filter

      Engage the 5 claws of the fuel pump.

      Note


      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during the installation.

      • Engage the claws securely.

      • Do not remove the suction filter.

      Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pump assembly Click here.

    3. A01HUZ6

      Engage the 2 claws of the No. 1 fuel suction support.

    4. Connect the fuel pump harness connector.

    5. A01HV8E

      Engage the 2 claws of the No. 1 fuel suction support and install the fuel filter and the fuel pump onto the fuel sub-tank.

    6. A01HV57

      Align the groove of the fuel pump filter hose with the cutout of the fuel sub-tank and install the hose.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force to the fuel tube or the suction support.

    7. Connect the connector of the fuel pump harness.

  2. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01HU3ME02

      Install the fuel sender gauge assembly by sliding it downward.

    2. Connect the connector of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

    3. Install the harness protector.

      Note

      Do not damage the wire harness.

    4. A01HV82

      Connect the 3 harness clamps.

      Note

      Do not damage the wire harness.
