HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM Loud Rattle from Hybrid Vehicle Transmission

DESCRIPTION

If ISC learning has not been performed, noise may occur in the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly.

If noise occurs, initialize the learned values and perform idle learning.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (ISC LEARNING)

   
   

   1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

   2. Turn the power switch on (IG).

   3. Turn the Techstream on.

   4. Enter the following menus: Power train / Engine and ECT / Data List / ISC Learning.

   5. Read the display on the Techstream.

   6. Turn the power switch off.

2. INITIALIZATION (ISC LEARNING)

   
   

   1. Initialize the learned values and perform idle learning Click here.

   2. Confirm that the idle speed is within the standard range.

      Standard
      Engine Idle Speed: 950 to 1050 rpm

   3. Turn the power switch off.
