FRONT BUMPER REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH


    1. A01EJ53E01
      Text in Illustration
      *1 Bolt
      *2 Screw

      Engage the claw to install the front bumper side retainer LH.

    2. Install the bolt and screw.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      3.6 N*m  { 37 kgf*cm, 32 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ELCV

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      Torque:
      34 N*m  { 347 kgf*cm, 25 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 4 clamps.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    1. A01EJ0U

      Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER


    1. A01EL3P

      Install the 2 front fender liner retainers.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER MOULDING


    1. A01EKET

      Engage the 5 claws.

    2. Install the front bumper moulding with the 2 screws.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    1. A01EJUI

      Engage the 14 claws to install the No. 1 lower radiator grille.

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EIX3

      Engage the 4 claws and pin and install the front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Install the fog light assembly with the screw.

  11. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  12. INSTALL FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET


    1. Type A:


      1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

      2. Remove the 4 release papers from the front license plate bracket.

        Install a new front license plate bracket with the 2 screws.

    2. Type B:


      1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

      2. Remove the 4 release papers from the front license plate bracket.

        Install a new front license plate bracket with the 2 screws.

  13. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE


    1. A01ELKL

      Engage the 7 clamps to install the headlight cleaner hose.

  14. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Engage the guide.

      A01EJDVE01

    2. While pushing the tab shown by arrow <A>, engage the claw as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01EMKT

      Push up the headlight cleaner actuator clamp as shown in the illustration.

    4. A01ELSF

      Install the headlight cleaner clamp.

    5. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

  15. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Engage the 2 claws to install the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly.
